🎓 Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
Additional certifications in soil laboratory management or testing will be considered an advantage.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
Managing and supervising soil laboratory operations.
Conducting and overseeing soil testing and analysis (e.g., compaction, shear strength, consolidation, Atterberg limits, grain size analysis, etc.).
Ensuring laboratory procedures comply with UAE geotechnical standards and regulations.
Interpreting test results and preparing detailed geotechnical reports.
Coordinating with site engineers, consultants, and project managers.
Maintaining quality control and safety standards within the lab environment.
✅ Key Requirements
✔ Minimum 4 years of geotechnical experience in the UAE.
✔ Strong hands-on experience in soil laboratory testing and procedures.
✔ Excellent understanding of local codes, standards, and authority requirements.
✔ Strong analytical and reporting skills.
✔ Must be currently residing in the UAE.
