About the Role
The successful candidate will join a strong team of Geotechnical Engineers and Engineering Geologists, working collaboratively on a diverse portfolio of projects including:

Key Responsibilities
As a Geotechnical Design Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
Collaborating with an established team of geotechnical engineers and engineering geologists
Delivering technical analysis, design solutions, and project management support
Applying advanced problem-solving and geotechnical design methodologies
Coordinating with multi-disciplinary design teams to ensure integrated project delivery
Managing geotechnical deliverables within scope, budget, and schedule
Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should meet the following criteria:
Education & Certification
Master’s Degree in Geotechnical Engineering
Chartered Engineer registration (or equivalent) preferred
Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Geotechnical Engineering
At least 3 years of experience in the Middle East
Strong background in geotechnical analysis and design
Technical Skills
Proficiency in geotechnical software such as PLAXIS, GeoStudio, or similar
Solid understanding of soil and rock mechanics
Experience in:
Foundation and pile design
Settlement analysis and bearing capacity
Earth pressure and slope stability
Retaining structures and earthworks
Ground improvement techniques
Additional Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent English communication and report-writing skills
Sound knowledge of international and regional design standards
Ability to work directly with clients to develop new and existing business opportunities
