About the Role – Graduate Geologist
The Graduate Geologist role offers an exciting two-year fixed-term contract, designed to help you grow your geological expertise while contributing to Evolution’s success.
You’ll gain hands-on experience across key geological teams — Discovery (Exploration), Resource Definition, and Mining — working on-site in Red Lake.
Roster: 5 days on / 2 days off / 4 days on / 3 days off (9.5-hour day)
Type: Residential role based in Red Lake, Ontario
Key Responsibilities

Support and collaborate across geological teams within the mine and exploration sites.

Gain exposure to discovery, definition, and extraction of gold ore systems.

Compile and interpret geological data using 3D models, cross-sections, and maps.

Assist with drill programs, including diamond drilling layouts and contractor coordination.

Collect samples, log drill core, and perform geological mapping.

Export and analyze data using geological databases and mining software.

Communicate with mining and engineering teams regarding grade control and ground conditions.

Participate in continuous improvement and graduate development workshops.
About You
To qualify, you should have completed a Bachelor’s degree (within the last 3 years) in one of the following:

Geology

Geoscience

Geophysics
-
Or a closely related field
